The full Privacy Policy governing The CJA Armory mobile application is being finalized with legal counsel. The policy will address parental consent (COPPA), biometric and pose data handling, video retention, and the rights of athletes and their parents or guardians under applicable U.S. state and federal law.
The CJA Armory is committed to protecting the privacy of every athlete and family who participates in the platform. The application is designed for competitive cheerleading athletes ages 10 through 18 and will operate in full compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and applicable state biometric privacy laws.
