TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The CJA Armory waitlist website (the “Site”), operated by The CJA Armory (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the waitlist or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Waitlist
The Site allows you to join the pre-launch waitlist for The CJA Armory, a coaching application expected to launch in Fall 2026.
Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation to purchase a subscription or other product and does not guarantee access to The CJA Armory, Founding Athlete status, or any particular leaderboard position or reward except as expressly described through the Founding Athlete program.
2. Eligibility
The Site and waitlist are intended for individuals aged 13 and older.
If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to join the waitlist and provide your email address.
The waitlist is not intended for children under 13. Please do not submit information through the Site if you are under 13.
3. Founding Athlete Program
Athletes may earn points and improve their leaderboard position by joining the waitlist, referring other athletes, and completing eligible actions offered through the Site.
At the close of the Founding Athlete program, the Top 100 eligible athletes on the leaderboard will earn Founding Athlete status, which is currently expected to include 72-hour early access to The CJA Armory, a permanent Founding Athlete badge, and Founding Class recognition.
Leaderboard positions may change as additional athletes join, referrals are verified, and eligible actions are completed.
We reserve the right to modify the program's timing, point mechanics, eligibility requirements, or rewards when reasonably necessary, including to address technical issues, fraud, abuse, or circumstances outside our control. Any material changes will be reflected on the Site or otherwise communicated to participants as appropriate.
We may remove points or disqualify participation that we reasonably determine resulted from fraud, automation, manipulation, duplicate or invalid referrals, or other abuse of the program.
4. Referrals
Each participant may receive a personal referral link. You may share your referral link with others, but you agree not to distribute it through spam, misleading claims, automated systems, or unlawful means.
Referral points are awarded only for qualifying referrals recognized by our waitlist system. We may void points associated with referrals we reasonably determine are fraudulent, duplicated, automated, or otherwise invalid.
5. Communications
By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive communications related to The CJA Armory, including waitlist updates, launch information, referral and leaderboard updates, and information related to your participation in the Founding Athlete program.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications. Certain transactional or administrative communications related to your participation may still be sent when appropriate.
6. Privacy
Our collection, use, and handling of personal information submitted through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.
The waitlist Site is separate from The CJA Armory application. Joining the waitlist does not create an athlete account or involve uploading or analyzing athlete training videos through the Site.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including The CJA Armory name, logos, Founding Athlete badge, text, graphics, photography, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to The CJA Armory and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use these materials without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems, manipulate the leaderboard or referral program, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.
9. Availability and Changes to the Site
The CJA Armory is currently a pre-launch product. Features, availability, launch timing, and other details described on the Site may change as the product is developed.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Site or waitlist when reasonably necessary.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and waitlist are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The CJA Armory will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, participation in the waitlist, or inability to access the Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
